Then my father's wife decided she would end her life estate and we would need to sell the house. Zach interviewed with 4 other brokers and we selected them to represent us. Time to make a long story short. First Zach helped us clear our 70 years of stuff to properly stage the house (in my opinion, he already went above and beyond at this point), they met prospective buyers whenever the buyers wanted to walk the house. In the end, the house sold for far better than both Zillow or Redfin's best predictions and the costs of sale were lower than predicted. A double win for us."
